Monica has trained professionals across education, justice and community settings for over two decades. Here is what some of them say:

"Monica is extremely professional in her approach. She has demonstrated remarkable intuition for the needs of her groups, and brings a deep understanding of the dynamics underlying conflict and harm. Her ability to create safety in a room — even a difficult one — is genuinely rare."

"I have first-hand experience of Monica Monahan's skills across conflict resolution, staff facilitation and the development of practical working frameworks for organisations. Over many years and in various settings, she has proven herself to be highly competent, skilful and effective. I would have no hesitation recommending her work to any professional or organisation."

The Aymerichs
A grateful family

Feedback from the
Galicka Family

We wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for introducing us to the circle practice and helping our family improve our communication. Your kindness, warmth and empathy created a safe and nurturing environment for us to learn how to listen to eachother and grow as a team.
Your approach was truly exceptional – you were generous with your time, flexible with the venue, and tactful with everyone.
The way you brought each family member into the circle, one by one, was particularly helpful in making everyone feel included and comfortable.

Your guidance and support made a significant difference in our family's dynamics, and we're grateful for the positive impact you've had on our relationships.
Thank you for being such a wonderful circle keeper and for sharing this gift of the restorative circle with us! We have already recommended this practice with some friends!

We're looking forward to continuing the circle practice and keep nurturing our family.

Warm regards, The Aymerich family"

Dear Monica, thank you for facilitating the Circle for our family. With your guidance we learned how to calmly communicate, mutually respect each family member and cooperate with problem solving.
Work which we have done helped us reestablish our boundries and reminded of personal accountability for actions. Thank you for good atmosphere and professional attitude.”
