Early Years Courses
A gentle, supportive baby massage course designed to help parents and caregivers bond with their baby while learning soothing massage techniques. Spaces are limited to 6 participants per course.

Child and Teen Courses
A calming mindfulness course designed to help children and teenagers build confidence, emotional awareness and practical tools for everyday wellbeing. Separate groups are available for 4th–6th class children and secondary school teenagers.
Adult and Family Courses
A monthly women’s circle offering space for reflection, connection and gentle self-care in a supportive group setting. Each session is limited to 8 participants.
An 8-week programme supporting parents who are navigating separation, with a focus on communication, co-parenting and children’s emotional wellbeing. Spaces are limited to 8 participants per course.
