Monica is an experienced Circle Keeper, restorative practice facilitator and conflict resolution specialist with over two decades of experience training professionals across education, justice and community settings in Ireland. Monica brings deep knowledge of trauma-informed practice, Affect Theory and the principles of restorative justice. She has worked extensively with schools, prisons, family support organisations and community services, and is known for her ability to create genuine safety and depth of engagement in the room.
