Day One
Getting Started with Meditation: 10.00 – 11.00 a.m.
Origins of Circle Work: 11.30 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.
Lunch
Some Basic Meditation Skills: 2.00 – 3.00 p.m.
Basic Circle Keeping Skills: 3.00 – 4.00 p.m.
Day Two
Practicing Meditation in Groups: 10.00 – 11.00 a.m.
Going Deeper into Co-Regulation and Connection in Circles: 11.30 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.
Lunch
Meditation for Holding Space: 2.00 -3.00 p.m.
Closing the Circle: 3.00 – 4.00 p.m.

Two Trainers
Monica Monahan has a deep knowledge of restorative practice, trauma-informed work, and circle keeping. Michael Power is a Zenbody practitioner and brings many years of meditation teaching and practice to this course.
